Who we are

What data we collect

• Your name and email address — collected when you are invited to the platform
• Payment information — processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details directly
• Your coaching profile answers — niche, offer, coaching method, tone of voice — used to generate content in your voice
• Lead data from your capture pages, lead magnets, and application funnels — names and emails of prospects who opt in through your pages

Why we collect it

• To provide you with the platform and generate content, scripts, and tools in your coaching voice
• To process your payments via Stripe
• To send you transactional emails — account invites, password resets, and plan confirmations

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.

Who we share it with

We only share your data with the third-party services we use to operate the platform:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/gb/privacy)
• Resend — transactional email delivery (invite and reset emails)
• Supabase — database hosting for all platform data

We do not sell your data to any third party.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it — for example, financial records. You can also delete individual leads at any time using the GDPR delete function built into the platform.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (the platform includes a built-in GDPR delete for lead data)
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Receive your data in a portable format

Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in to the platform. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. No data is shared with ad networks.
